No. In Seth Godin’s Blog had an interesting article today titled “You won’t benefit from anonymous criticism“.  In it he goes on to describe how to obtain useful criticism that is not anonymous.

This is something that all business owners should do as part of their marketing strategy. In addition to opening a dialog with your customers you will be able to get positive testimonials and identify any issues or complaints.

The benefits of testimonials are obvious but identifying problems through complaints are something that every business owner should take seriously since it is a way to make their business better! The trick is to not take the complaint personally. (Unless it is a personal attack.)

When you get a complaint respond swiftly and correct the problem. When you get a testimonial use it on all your literature and website. (A video testimonial would be great!)
